  • Shipping is a flat $6 for orders $49.99 and under. We are pleased to offer Free Shipping for orders $50 or more!

Shipping times may vary though the year. Please allow 7 business days for us to ship your items. However, in most cases we get them out within a day or two. If you need an item quickly, please don’t hesitate to contact us before purchasing. Shipping is Monday-Friday. 

In Store Pick-up-

  • For our hometown customers, we are happy to provide local in-store pick-up! You can use the Lake Park zip code in the coupons at checkout. Your 10 day return window will start at the time of pick-up, If your order is not picked up within 7 business days, the return window will begin at that time.

Online Purchases:

-Returns By Mail-

Returns by mail are accepted by mail when postmarked within 7 calendar days of receiving your items. Returns must include your original packing slip. We hold firm to our return policy times due to the quick turnaround of styles and seasons. Return conditions are outlined below.

Orders may not be canceled at any time. I strive for a very fast turnaround time, and in order to do so, orders will not be canceled. You are welcome to return your purchase accordingly.  

-Returns In Store-

Returns in Store must be brought back within 10 business days. We hold firm to our return policy times due to the quick turnaround of styles and seasons. I hold limited hours, so please keep that in mind. Return conditions are outlined below.

-Return Conditions-

Items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached and accompanied by the packing slip. Items returned which have issues such as,but not limited to, smoke,stains, pet hair, etc will not be accepted. If we receive an item that is not in this condition, items will be shipped back at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will not refund for (but not limited to) failure to use coupon codes, price changes, shipping costs of multiple orders placed, etc. In the event that you recieve an item with a defect or issue, we will make the situation right. However, you must contact us within the return time specified. All sale items are final sale.
